Program Consultant & Student Services Executive

Summary We're looking for a passionate, driven Program Consultant & Service Representative to join our dynamic team at KTDC. In this role, you'll engage with prospective and current students, promoting our IELTS courses and guiding them through every step of their educational journey. Working closely with our Service and Marketing teams, you'll help drive enrollment, achieve sales goals, and contribute to KTDC's continued growth. Key

Responsibilities:1. Consulting & Relationship Building - Reach out to prospective students, advise on IELTS course options, and guide them through enrollment.

Design personalized learning pathways aligned with each student's goals.

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience — from registration and payment to class scheduling. 2. Customer Care & Retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for current students, monitoring progress and responding promptly to feedback and concerns.

Drive re-enrollment and identify opportunities to add value and grow revenue from existing students.

Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction at every touchpoint. 3. Business Performance - Achieve assigned KPIs (enrollment targets, re-enrollment rate, Lead-to-Registration conversion, etc.).

Build lasting relationships with customers, increase referral opportunities, and contribute to the team's overall goals. 4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Partner with Academic, Marketing, and teaching teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Support sales, customer care, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications - College degree or higher, preferably in Sales, Business, or a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer/internet use.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Reliable, honest, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.

Friendly and patient, with genuine attentiveness to students from diverse backgrounds.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
