Production Supervisor (New Factory)

Responsibilities: 1. Production Management & KPI Achievement

Lead V-Fan & Improvement team to achieve departmental and company KPIs.

Plan, follow up, and resolve issues to ensure targets are met.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role, with strong knowledge of small motor/fan manufacturing, assembly processes, inspection equipment, and production methods.

Language: English communication and writing.
