College degree or above Experience:

Minimum 3–4 years in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of molding processes, product functions, and maintenance procedures

Leadership, coaching, and basic management skills

Problem-solving and defect analysis capabilities

Ability to create standards and work instructions

SAP knowledge

Basic English communication skills
