Production Merchandiser

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Merchandiser to join our team. For more information about our products and operation please visit our website: ballerheadwear.com WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (planning, purchasing, QA, production) to follow up orders from development to shipment. Review and update BOMs (Bill of Materials), including assigning subcontractors or suppliers for each material. Monitor production timelines, material readiness, and daily progress to ensure on-time delivery. Handle data entry and production updates in ERP systems. Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, sample approvals, or any arising issues. Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure production quality meets required standards. WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE 2+ years of experience in production merchandising or order tracking in a textiles/apparel company. Understanding of production planning, materials, BOMs, and quality control. Good at organizing, tracking progress, and managing time. Clear and effective communication. Good English skills. Careful and detail-focused.
