Production Control Senior Staff

Receive demand and prepare the annual PSI.

Prepare detailed production schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

Monitor assembly progress and adjust schedules as needed.

Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth production and delivery.

Propose automation solutions for process improvement.

Coordinate with the Marketing team and customers for order processing.

Have 3-4 years of experience in an equivalent position - Knowledge of production, assembly, casting, and shipping.

Planning, organization, and time management skills.

Data analysis, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.

Strong cross-departmental coordination and problem-solving skills.

Proactive in process improvement, productivity optimization, and waste reduction.

Proficient in Excel, SAP, ERP, or MES.
