Training Activities - Develop training plans by product and area - Align plans with Sales & Service teams for consensus and support - Organize in-house and shop-by-shop training for dealers and floor sales staff (FSM) - Conduct training for new product launches and events (conventions, etc.) - Run monthly training surveys, self-evaluations, and KPI reviews - Prepare training reports (feedback, proposals from dealers, consumers, FSM, PC) - Train PC and PSV staff through group sessions and quick training in meetings - Create online training and knowledge tests - Provide sales-talk demonstrations and translate materials into Vietnamese 2.
Support & Others - Support marketing events (Kick-off meetings, conventions) - Manage training tools, samples, and gifts - Evaluate trainer KPIs and incentives

College/ University graduates in relevant majors.
From 2 years of relevant experience in Training/Teaching, preferably in Consumer Electronics - Good logical thinking - Expert in Power Point - Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese
