Coordinate weekly with technical staff in the After-Sales Department to receive information and defective parts from the market. Daily Diagnostic, analyze the warranty parts to solve the cause & report to direct manager. Working to take Corrective action & Improvement:
If the cause of problem comes from supplier, then will work with supplier to take corrective action and improvement.
If the cause of problem comes from Piaggio's process or design, then will work with relative departments of Piagggio to take the corrective action and improvement. Following up the effectiveness of corrective action and improvement. Other tasks be assigined by managers.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in a Quality Engineer, preferably in the automotive industry or related manufacturing fields.
Have knowledge of process chart preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and basic production processes.
Able to use Excel and Power point.
Good communication, teamwork skills, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work well under pressure.
Location: VinhPhuc (Shuttle Bus for employees from HaNoi)
