REQUIRED EXPERIENCE We do not care about degrees. We care about proof of making. You must have:

Hands on experience with paper airplanes, origami, model building, or physical DIY products

Ability to independently design, prototype, and test physical builds

Strong attention to detail and repeatability

Clear written and spoken English
