Producer

Lead production from start to finish — from concept development and pre-production planning to final delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including directors, writers, editors, and crew to ensure creative vision and practical execution stay aligned.

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Oversee creative quality control, including reviewing scripts, cuts, and final outputs, and providing constructive feedback.

Communicate clearly and consistently with both internal teams and clients, maintaining alignment throughout the production process.

Coordinate with external suppliers — negotiating rates, managing contracts, and following up on payments.

Support client servicing — ensure clients are informed, engaged, and satisfied with project progress and outcomes.

Proven experience as a Producer in film, documentary, or branded storytelling.

Foundational understanding of filmmaking and production processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — a true team player who connects creative and operational minds.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving.

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic production environments.

Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and workflows.

Interest or experience in writing and story development is a plus.
