Presales Specialist - Cantonese - Open for Freshers - Training Offered (Up to 21 Gross)

Be responsible for pre-sales support for business customers in China market.

Answer customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, identify their purchasing needs, assist them in online purchases, and contribute to the company's sales performance.

Chat simultaneously with multiple customers online, type quickly, handle customer issues promptly, identify potential purchasing needs, and assist customers...

Fluent in Cantonese speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Good English reading and writing skills, and proficient in using office software.

Candidates with relevant experience in customer service or sales are preferred.

Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.

Able to handle work pressure and complete tasks efficiently.
