Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in plastic additives, polymers, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
Good understanding of polymer additive systems, including antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and light stabilizers.
Strong sales, negotiation, account management, and relationship-building skills.
