Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agronomy, Industrial Management, Engineering, or Business.
Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Plant Director. Experience managing more than 1 factory is a big plus.
Industry: Must have experience in Agriculture, Food Processing, or FMCG (Food) manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
