Performance Test Engineer / System Test Engineer

Performance & Load Testing (60%) Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for APIs, microservices, middleware, and core card processing services.

Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Spike Testing, and Endurance Testing for the new Core Card System (Way4).

Simulate real-world transaction volumes and user concurrency to validate system capacity and performance.

Analyze performance metrics including response time, throughput, transactions per second (TPS), requests per second (RPS), error rates, and resource utilization.

API & Integration Testing (20%) Conduct performance testing for APIs used by digital channels and enterprise systems, including card onboarding, card management, customer inquiry, balance inquiry, statement services, payment processing, installment services, and other card-related functions.

Validate performance across end-to-end integration flows involving ESB, Saleforce, Mobile App, LOS, Collections, Payment Systems, and other satellite applications.

Identify performance bottlenecks across APIs, middleware, databases, and downstream systems.

Analysis & Troubleshooting (20%) Monitor application, middleware, database, and infrastructure performance during testing.

Investigate performance issues and collaborate with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Vendor, and Business teams to identify root causes.

Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for system optimization.
