Course Title: Upselling Skills Target Participants: F&B, GEX, FO & RRSN teams Objective: To enhance awareness of upselling, strengthen upselling skills, and maximize revenue opportunities through daily operations and customer interactions.

Number of Classes: 4 classes (25 participants per class), totaling 100 participants.
