PART-TIME OPERATIONS INTERN – HANOI

How you’ll make an impact This position is open to candidates in Hanoi City .

In this position, you will have an overview about the inbound industry which focuses on the Inbound market, what Inbound travelers expect from us and how we can provide them an unforgettable experience in Vietnam.

What you’ll do Support Tour Operator in creating outlines and Travel itineraries Help to reconfirm bookings with/for agents Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels and deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.

Support Team in update data into Tourplan software Support Tour Operator in communicating and arranging Tour guide

What we’re looking for 3rd–4th year student in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German.

Other language is a plus Has a professional mind-set and a passion for travel & work Good computer literacy (MS Office); familiarity with travel-related software is an advantage.

Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
