PART-TIME GUIDE INTERN – HANOI

How you’ll make an impact This position is open to candidates in Hanoi City. In this role, the Intern will support the Tour Guide Department by reviewing, verifying, and updating information in our Local Guide Database to ensure its accuracy and completeness. What you’ll do

Assist in reviewing and verifying existing tour guide profiles to make sure all information is accurate and up to date.

Help update important details such as license status, destinations the guide can cover, and languages they can speak.

Organize and upload any missing documents, such as profile photos or certifications, to complete each guide's file.

Support in collecting information from new guides and entering their profiles into the system accurately.

What we’re looking for 3rd–4th year student in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German.

Other language is a plus Has a professional mind-set and a passion for travel & work Good computer literacy (MS Office); familiarity with travel-related software is an advantage.

Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
