Part time Art Facilitator – Job Description

About Us Blank Space Studio is Saigon's first motion-paint and fluid art experience studio. We host kids camps, birthday parties, date nights, sip & paint socials, and corporate team building events. We're growing, and we're looking for a new Art Facilitator to join our team. About the Role We're hiring an Art Facilitator to lead and support our workshops for kids, adults, and corporate groups. This is a flexible, on-call role, perfect for someone who loves art, enjoys working with people of all ages, and wants variable hours that fit around their schedule.

Responsibilities:Guide guests through motion-paint and fluid art techniques (pouring, splattering, swirling, and more) Facilitate sessions for a range of formats: kids workshops, Summer Art Camp, birthday parties, sip & paint, date nights, and corporate team bonding Set a warm, encouraging, no-pressure tone for guests of all skill levels Manage session logistics: setup, materials, protective gear, and cleanup Support group energy and safety, especially with children Capture photos and videos during sessions for our social media when hosting events

What We're Looking For Trained or experienced in art, with a genuine love of art and artistic freedom of expression Excellent with kids: patient, playful, and able to hold their attention and enthusiasm Personable and warm with adults, able to put guests at ease across a wide range of ages and backgrounds Presentable and professional, comfortable representing the Blank Space brand as every team member is a brand ambassador Available across the week and weekends (Tuesday to Sunday, our studio operating days) Flexible with hours: daytime for kids camps, evenings for sip & paint and adult sessions Comfortable being on-call for bookings as they come in Fluent in English and Vietnamese Korean language skills are a bonus, not required
