Outsourcing Technical & Production Manager

Position Overview This position is responsible for full-cycle production tracking of apparel orders allocated by the planner to designated outsourced subcontractor factories.

The incumbent will monitor garment workmanship, guide on-site technical improvement, and act as a key communication bridge among internal departments, external suppliers, on-site colleagues and cross-border management teams.

1. Working Experience

3 to 5 years of working experience in apparel production, technical supervision or factory follow-up role.

Rich experience cooperating with outsourced subcontractor factories is mandatory.

Familiar with international apparel order flow, including PPS review and PP sample confirmation process. 2. Professional Skill

Solid knowledge of garment construction, sewing craftsmanship, fabric characteristics and mass production logic.
