Customer promotion:
Contact customers & coordinate with other RMs and internal global networks (Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, etc.) to promote customer's utilization of Mizuho's e-banking service, support customer's digital shift by e-banking service, etc.
Support customers with e-Banking’s service by phone, e-mail, at customer’s site, etc.
Follow up with customers for fulfillment...

Yêu cầu
University graduated.
High adaptability for change and capability of multiple task handling.
Excellent communication, good customer-oriented, promotion & problem solving skills.
Good sense of team-work and responsibility - Good command in English - Having experience in internet banking or related service at a bank or software company is plus
