Operations Manager (Garment)

Baller Headwear is seeking an Operations Manager to support our leadership team. This position presents a valuable opportunity for those who aspire to become managers in the future. WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across garment production, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and human resources. Monitor production plans, capacity, productivity, quality, costs, and delivery performance. Manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure efficient use of company resources. Work closely with production and management teams to resolve operational issues and improve performance. Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, and garment manufacturing standards. Report operational performance and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors. WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Good command of English. Proven management experience within a garment/textile manufacturing company. Strong understanding of garment production processes, merchandising, supply chain, corporate finance, and operational efficiency. Experience in coordinating multiple functions within a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent organisational, planning, leadership, and people management skills. Leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
