Arrange work shifts and leave schedules for the operators. Train and support new operators. Supervise and manage data quality to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize employee performance. Coordinate with the HR Department on attendance tracking, employee status updates, and handling related issues. II.

Age: 30 years old or above.

College/University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 50 or more employees.

Strong computer literacy and technical skills.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong ability to train and lead new staff.

Passionate and knowledgeable about IT, data, and information systems.

Fluent in English communication.
