Operation Executive

Operation part:

Check all necessary booking information from suppliers.

Prepare weekly space forecast to Pricing team after receiving customer’s confirmation.

Place booking with carrier/co-loader as per Pricing team’s space allocation plan.

Make sure everything is correct after receiving SO from carrier, and release it to suppliers...

Bachelor's Degree or above

Approx. 3 years working experience with familiar position

Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations and process across ocean freight

Fluent in English including both speaking and writing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good team player
