We're looking for someone to be the bridge between our platform and our merchants — guiding them through training, system setup, and go-live, while working hand-in-hand with our Key Account team to make every onboarding seamless.
Responsibilities:Execute end-to-end client onboarding activities, including platform setup, system configuration, user training, and go-live support. Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), merchants, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding
requirements:are completed and merchants are operationally ready for launch. Coordinate onboarding timelines, identify issues, and proactively drive issue resolution to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain accurate onboarding documentation, user guides, and process records while gathering merchant feedback to continuously improve onboarding workflows and customer experience. Escalate technical, operational, or integration-related issues to the relevant teams and track them through to resolution. Conduct post-onboarding handovers to KAMs, ensuring all account configurations, operational

Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
Having logistics knowledge is a plus point IELTS 7.0 or equivalent English proficiency (required for working with international merchants/partners).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple onboarding cases at once.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.); familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus.
