Your Role: As an Organization Development Consultant, you will help clients identify and address their personal and organizational challenges through in-depth OD solutions—from competency-based training, 360° engagement, corporate culture, sustainable development to full digital transformation—creating long-lasting value for individuals and organizations.

What You’ll Do: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, becoming a dedicated partner in their human and organizational development. Understand and diagnose the challenges individuals and organizations are facing. Advise, recommend, and provide optimal programs and solutions based on the values and legacy of Dale Carnegie. Inspire clients by sharing innovative, effective, and human-centered approaches. Proactively stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop your personal capabilities. Live and spread the Dale Carnegie culture to clients and everyone around you. What We Offer: Competitive income: monthly fixed salary plus performance-based bonus. 2-month probation at 90% of your salary. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C consulting or sales in services or intangible products. Proficient in both English and Vietnamese communication. Strong multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
