NPI Engineer (Video & Security Devices)

Lead the deployment of video product lines (IP PoE Cameras, NVR, WiFi/Battery Cameras) from design to mass production.

Collaborate closely with EMS/ODM partners to monitor and optimize assembly and testing processes.

Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI/Manufacturing, with 2-3 years specifically in Video devices (CCTV, NVR, WiFi Camera).

In-depth knowledge of production line structures, including SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, and Packing.

Proven experience working directly with EMS sub-contractors, preferably in video transmission equipment.
