Education and professional knowledge - University degree in engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing process development - Good understanding of the NPI process - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, and Control Plan.
Experience with layout design (AutoCAD / Visio) - Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in SAP.
Good English communication
