Handle import shipments by sea, air, and truck for one dedicated customer.

Coordinate with overseas agents regarding import bookings and shipment documentation for all inbound shipments.

Prepare and send pre-alert documents to customers for import shipments.

Coordinate with agents, customers, and vendors regarding debit notes and related matters.

Check customs declaration files (CD)...

REQUIREMENTS - Experience in import/export or logistics operations is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Basic English communication and documentation skills.
