Receive recruitment requests from internal departments, reviewing and advising hiring managers to ensure alignment with manpower request.

Utilize both digital and traditional channels to generate targeted candidate pipelines for Back Office roles.

Screen applications, manage candidate selection, and coordinate multi-stage interviews with department heads while providing post-interview evaluations.

Manage onboarding processes, verify new-hire documentation, and hand over profiles to relevant internal teams.

Prepare recruitment reports upon request and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in TA operations.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Bachelor’s degree (HR Management background is a plus) with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Back Office (BO) recruitment, preferably within Retail, FMCG Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks effectively and accurately under pressure.

Ability to work independently with strong initiative and self-motivation while maintaining a collaborative, team-player approach.
