Nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu, nắm rõ sản phẩm công ty cung cấp, điểm mạnh, điểm yếu của công ty, đối thủ và đặc điểm thị trường du học.

Tư vấn trực tiếp, giải đáp các thông tin liên quan đến các chương trình du học ngắn hạn và dài hạn của công ty (dựa vào nguồn data online + offline chủ động mời đến tư vấn trực tiếp) và ký kết hợp đồng với khách hàng.

Khai thác, chăm sóc khách hàng mới và duy trì, phát triển nhóm khách hàng cũ.

Thu thập các thông tin về thị trường, về nhu cầu ý kiến của khách hàng để phục vụ phát triển sản phẩm mới và chiến lược lâu dài phát triển công ty.

Phối hợp với Bộ phận Marketing làm các chương trình PR, các sự kiện.

Phối hợp cùng bộ phận hồ sơ để triển khai hồ sơ xin thư mời, hồ sơ visa.

Chăm sóc HS và PH sau khi đã ký kết hợp đồng và hỗ trợ HS trong quá trình đi du học.

Thực hiện công việc khác do Trưởng Bộ phận phân công.
