Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields. >1 year of experience (Executive) in logistics sales/freight forwarding.
Basic understanding of logistics services: Incoterms, freight modes, customs clearance, and documentation.
Familiarity with pricing structure: freight, local charges, trucking, customs, warehousing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
English/Chinese communication is an advantage
