RESPONSIBILITIES:1/ Client Management & Business Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international and local key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client

benefits:relevant to their needs. Monitor client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer retention. 2/ Sales Strategy Development: Support the Head of Partnerships in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies. 3/ Project Management: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals. Understand project timelines and ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of solutions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to support decision-making. 4/ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Client Experience & Product Realisation to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles.
Strong command of business English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Energetic, proactive, and highly organized with a commercial mindset.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
