* Mô tả cồng việc: Tìm kiếm, kết nối và duy trì quan hệ hợp tác với Nhà Bán Hàng/Brand có nhu cầu booking KOCs/KOLs và các dịch vụ khác của Công ty trên các nền tảng TMĐT; Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện, triển khai dịch vụ cung cấp cho các Đối tác của công ty, đảm bảo công việc đúng với

yêu cầu:của Đối tác; Giám sát, theo dõi hiệu suất hoạt động Nhà bán hàng, Brand đang hợp tác; Lập kế hoạch hoạt động, thực hiện và báo cáo hiệu quả KPI theo tháng/quý/năm cho Quản lý trực tiếp; Phân tích thị trường, nắm bắt xu hướng, thuật toán, chính sách mới của Nền tảng TMĐT; Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý/Giám Đốc. *Yêu cầu công việc: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành Marketing/Truyền thông/Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan; Từng làm việc tại các Agency, MCN là một lợi thế; Có khả năng sale B2B/B2C, đàm phán giá, làm đề xuất, tinh thần không ngại từ chối; Có khả năng đọc hiểu, phân tích các chỉ số, có kiến thức về TMĐT; Khả năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống tốt và làm việc độc lập; Có kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian; Thành thạo tin học văn phòng. *
