PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Analyse contracts to exact all necessary data and commercial terms.

Process the data through manual entry into the system OR by preparing an Excel file for bulk insertion.

Manually inputting all required stop sales into the system.

MAJOR TASKS Data upload Ensure 100% accuracy when uploading data.

Complete the assigned work on time.

Stop sales Ensure 100% accuracy when updating stop sales information in the system.

Complete the system update within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

Other Timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Proactive work ethic and commitment to high standards of productivity.

Ability to maintain sustained focus and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING University graduate.

Previous experience in tourism and hospitality, either through studies or previous roles, is beneficial.

Excellent interpersonal skills across a variety of cultures.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Fluency in Vietnamese.

Must be proficient in using technology and working with software applications (Office Suite).

WHO YOU ARE A self-starter can work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.

Able to problem solve.

High attention to detail.

Knowledge of the Mekong Delta region and its attractions is a plus.
