Requirements:At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong potential are welcome) Basic knowledge of Labor Law and relevant regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Good communication and organizational skills Careful, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality 3.
