. Purchasing upon request Proceed with ordering and procurement from suppliers. Monitor the entire purchasing and receiving process. Carry out payment for purchase orders. Provide forwarder information and related documents to arrange transportation of goods to the warehouse. 2. Order tracking and processing, ensuring delivery schedules, and handling payment procedures with suppliers Use the ebacklog system to update progress (ETA, ETD, etc.). Coordinate and communicate across departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. Return invoices and documents (CO, CQ, COC, etc.) to relevant departments. 3. Inventory control Coordinate with the warehouse to monitor inventory levels. Plan stock releases according to Sales

requirements:. 4. Coordination in handling product quality issues Work with the QC/QA Department to resolve quality-related issues. Evaluate suppliers to minimize non-conforming goods.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Foreign Languages, such as Accounting, Business Administration, Business English, Logistics, etc.

Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Good English communication skills for work (TOEIC 650, IELTS 5.5).

Freshers or 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Staff, especially in sourcing from international partners in trading/manufacturing companies preffered Strong computer literacy.

Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.

Ability to work under pressure.

Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to progress.
