Nhân Viên Legal Contract Full-time

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other business-related documents.

Provide legal advice and risk assessments to business teams on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Support legal matters across multiple APAC jurisdictions and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.

Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and other legal obligations relevant to regional operations.

Identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Assist in developing and improving legal processes, templates, and internal policies.

Partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Operations, Product, and Management teams.

Qualified lawyer with 1–3+ years of legal experience gained in reputable law firms and/or multinational corporations.

Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts independently.

Prior experience supporting legal matters across multiple APAC markets is required.

Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience handling cross-border transactions and regional business projects.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
