Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in an office building, commercial property, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
Skills & Languages: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (conversational fluency to welcome international guests and handle phone calls).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Appearance & Attitude: Presentable, neat appearance with a professional demeanor.
Clear, pleasant voice and clear articulation.
Friendly, proactive, customer-oriented attitude with a high sense of responsibility.
