Mô tả công việc - Monitor and account for AR/AP related to fixed assets;

Track construction progress until asset completion and use;

Conduct asset inventory, tag assets, and manage transfers between departments;

Oversee asset liquidation and sales;

Submit reports on actual/forecasted CAPEX, depreciation, and cash flow;

Other tasks assigned by direct managers

Graduated from university or college in related majors (Accounting, Finance, Economics…);

Have experience in Accounting is a plus;

Proficiency in English 4 skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking);

Strong computer literacy, especially in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Nimble, dynamic, and highly responsible.
