Provide first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of laptops, desktops, and IT equipment; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software (Windows, Microsoft Office), and network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN); Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices and business applications; Support user account management, including password reset, access rights, and email setup; Log, track, and update support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper follow-up; Assist in IT asset management, including maintaining inventory records and coordinating with vendors; Support basic system monitoring, antivirus updates, and IT security practices; Assist in routine IT operations such as system maintenance, backup activities, and reporting; Document technical issues, solutions, and user guidelines for internal reference; Refer complex issues to senior IT members or regional teams when necessary; Perform other duties as assigned.

Early-career professionals with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows); Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN); Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT tools; Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment; Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks; Friendly, patient, and professional attitude when supporting users.
