Support basic technical tasks before and during exam sessions (both computer-based and paper-based tests).
Assist in setting up laptops, devices, and simple systems at test venues.
Help check equipment (internet connection, devices, cables, etc.) to ensure everything is ready for exams.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for common issues (e.g., device not connecting, simple software errors) under guidance.
Monitor exam sessions and report any technical issues to the senior team.
Help record and track technical problems for further review.
Support maintenance of devices, including simple software installation, updates, and cleaning/checking equipment.
Assist in coordinating with vendors or technicians when needed (mainly for follow-up and support tasks).
Work closely with the Operations and IT teams to ensure smooth daily activities.
Provide onsite support during test days if required.

0-2 years of IT support experience (internships, personal projects, or part-time roles count) Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply!) Strong problem-solving mindset and a curiosity to learn.
Excellent communication skills to assist users of all tech levels.
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
