Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Support company events, meetings, and employee activities.

Handle administrative documentation and records.

Monitor office expenses and assist with budget control.

Support employee welfare and general office operations.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Office Management, or related functions.

Experience in a manufacturing company or foreign-invested company is preferred.

Experience managing dormitories, company vehicles, office facilities, and vendor coordination is an advantage.
