Receive and handle inquiries, provide information related to policies, services, and products to customers via email. Support in resolving customer complaints, propose suitable solutions or alternatives within the allowed timeframe; ensure issues are followed up and resolved completely. Perform other tasks as assigned and guided by the Team Leader.

Basic English reading comprehension (documents, emails, etc.).
Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to track order data.
Experience in Customer Service, Fulfillment POD, Dropshipping, or related fields.
Skills & Qualities: Patient, with the ability to handle situations and calm customers effectively.
Able to manage multiple requests at the same time, prioritize tasks, and manage time well.
