MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Tiếp nhận thông tin, tư vấn, hỗ trợ và giải đáp thắc mắc của Shipper thông qua kênh chat trênứng dụng ShopeeFood các vấn đề liên quan.

Ghi nhận khiếu nại từ Shipper & phụ trách xử lý theo đúng quy trình đã được đề ra.

Sử dụng linh hoạt các công cụ & phối hợp với các phòng ban để giải quyết các vấn đề một cách kịp thời & chuyên nghiệp.

Chủ đông liên hệ với Khách hàng/ Nhà hàng qua kênh call khi phát sinh (nếu có).

Ghi nhận và chuyển thông tin đến các phòng ban liên quan để hỗ trợ cho Shipper/User/Merchant.

QUYỀN LỢI:▪ Thu nhập trung bình: 8.500.000 – 9.250.000/ tháng. (LCB + phụ cấp + KPI ở bậc cao nhất).

Hỗ trợ tiền đào tạo 164.000/ ngày. Đào tạo trong vòng 1 tuần

Hỗ trợ chi phí gửi xe: 10.000đ/ngày làm việc tại công ty hoặc miễn phí gửi xe.

Công ty thực hiện đầy đủ các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định.
