Ensure to deliver comprehensive brand and products information to customers. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent presentation and sales services. Ascertain customers’ needs and insights via excellent interpersonal skills. Build and maintain effective relationship with customers. Manage point-of-sales, order processing including order processing with Merchandising team, manage deliveries, customer service, contract and invoicing. Identify and implement, when it is appropriate, upselling and cross selling tactics.

Keep track of inventory and maintain showroom representation. Manage and process pre-sales and aftersales requests. Assist in all events organized at the showroom and any other day-to-day activities

Ability to work in shifts and weekends.

Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience in similar positions.

An associate degree in related field.

Proficient in English.

Experience or passion in furniture, design, interior design is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.

Well-presented, well organized, and professional.

Basic computer and administration skills.
