RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Instruction & Student Development Set high standards for students' academic, physical, social, and behavioral growth with an expectation of excellence. Differentiate instruction and assessments to meet individual student learning needs. Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, fairness, strong ethics, and professional dress. Foster an inclusive environment that respects cultural, religious, and racial diversity within the international student body. 2. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of attendance, grading, and student progress using school platforms (e.g., PowerSchool, Atlas, Google, Microsoft). Prepare semester reports thoroughly, ensuring they are proofread and submitted before academic deadlines. 3. Communication & Collaboration Communicate openly and effectively with parents regarding student development and progress. Collaborate actively with non-Vietnamese colleagues in English to support school-wide initiatives. 4. School Safety & Professionalism Ensure strict punctuality for all classes, meetings, and assigned supervision duties. Monitor designated areas during duty to ensure safe play and respectful student interactions.

Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Vietnamese Studies, History, Linguistics, or a related field.

Qualifications: Possess a valid, current Teaching Certification. Subject Expertise: Deep knowledge and strong teaching capability in Vietnamese Literature, History, and Geography. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in a school environment is highly preferred.

Full Probationary Pay: 100% salary is guaranteed during the probationary employment. School
