Motor Claims Executive

1. Site survey and claims handling:

Guide clients, dealer, garages in claim handling procedures.

Immediately conduct site inspection for damage to insured vehicles and others requests if any.

Investigate the cause of the loss and determine the coverage (including proper exclusion, reduction).

Check repair/ replacement quotation of garage to verify reasonable cost.

Negotiate with the third parties for recovery cases.

Male;

University graduated, preferably in Automobile Technology background;

At least 03-year experience in Motor Claim or Insurance field;

Fair English;

Good at communication skill, presentation skill and customer service;

Good at computer skills;

Hard working and good sense of urgency.
