Technical & Non-Technical Experience Includes:

Proven experience customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or Field Service software (Salesforce, ServiceMax, IFS)

Expert level – D365 Field Service strongly desired

Knowledge of Remote Assist/Guides or other similar Mixed Reality applications is beneficial
