Bachelor degree in textile engineering or any relevant field

5-10 years of solid merchandising experience in apparel, preferably in buying office environment

Familiar with apparel/garments/textile & supplier base knowledge

Good understanding in sourcing/development/production process and quality standard

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill to liaison between buyers and factories
