Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a QS MEP role or similar positions.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Hands-on experience in quantity take-off for ongoing projects.
