Reporting to: Corporate Relations Manager Job Summary: Be responsible for memberships, database.
Assist other colleagues/departments for a smooth running of the office.
Type of Contract: 24 months fixed term contract upon successful completion of a 2-month probation period Key Working Relationships: Internal: EuroCham team External: EuroCham members; Vietnamese and foreign companies as potential members; affiliated business associations Main Duties and Key Performance Indicators: Membership Management tasks: Drive membership growth by identifying, targeting, and recruiting new members, while ensuring a seamless onboarding and orientation experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EuroCham members, proactively enhancing engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction with EuroCham’s activities and services.
Oversee and coordinate the execution of all membership-related communications and materials across channels.
Manage of the membership database and CRM system, including the online membership directory and membership-related landing pages.
Support the development and enhancement of digital platforms such as the Member Gateway and SME Support Desk.
Manage new member enrolment and membership renewals in close coordination with the Finance Department and eight (08) Affiliated Business Associations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor, analyse, and report on key membership metrics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Other Admin Tasks: Assist the management team with administrative tasks and as required.
Other Membership-related supporting tasks as required by the Corporate Relations Manager.

Education and Training Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business English, or relevant fields.
Work Experience: 3-4 years’ experience, ideally in secretariat, administration, customer service, or hospitality Management & Team Experience: No management experience required, yet a strong track record on successfully working within cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
Core Competencies: A Vietnamese national with excellent English and computer proficiency (Excel is a must).
A highly motivated, flexible team player.
Comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment.
Capable of managing administrative tasks, work under pressure.
Very service oriented, high attention to details.
Languages: Good command of English and Vietnamese Software Skills: Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Experience with CRM system is a plus.
